It is deliberately not a chatbot, a document repository, a note-taking app, or a conventional retrieval system bolted onto a file share. The test every feature has to pass is whether it captures organizational experience, or merely stores another document.

Hosted, not installed
ExperienceOS is a service we host and run. There is nothing for your team to install, stand up or keep patched, and no infrastructure to approve before anyone can use it. Your organization is set up on our side, your people sign in, and the platform is working from that day.
Capture, extraction, the review step and the permissions that govern all of it come with it. Connections to Slack, Teams, Jira and Outlook go live against your workspaces as soon as your credentials are in place, and what they pull in starts flowing through the same review before it becomes organizational memory.
Access follows the structure you already have: roles across the organization, membership per project, so the reasoning behind a project is visible to the people on it rather than to everyone with a login. Improvements to the extraction, including the model behind it, reach you without an upgrade project on your side.
